Once you've done both of the items below, let us know the prospective NIT is ready to meet with the small groups team by submitting this form.

1. Talk to the prospective NIT about being a Navigator, casting vision for what Navs do and why it is important to the mission of CCCC.
2. Confirm that the prospective NIT is a member of CCCC. Email cbuck@clearcreek.org if you have any questions regarding membership.
