Thank you for letting us know that you, or someone you brought with you, to a CCCC event has tested positive for COVID19 within the week following the event.

We are sincerely sorry that you have been impacted by this virus. In an effort to care well for you, love our neighbors and limit the spread of COVID-19, we respectfully ask for the following information if you have a confirmed positive test result. Please be assured that your name and contact information will be kept confidential and never used in any public communication.

Please know that we do not collect and will not use names and medical information in any correspondence to CCCC congregations.

We respectfully ask that you refrain from coming to any CCCC event for 14 days after symptoms began or 10 days after a positive test. The CDC recommends that you contact those you personally came into close contact within 48 hours prior to symptoms, exposure or test results.
